What makes an award winner?

Our ideal Female Leader should embody the following qualities and aspirations:

  • Visionary Leadership: A clear vision for advancing women in leadership roles, with aspirations to become an influential leader in their chosen field.
  • Commitment to Gender Equality: A strong dedication to promoting gender equality and empowering women.
  • Innovative and Entrepreneurial Mindset: A drive for innovation and entrepreneurial thinking, with a passion for making a meaningful impact in their community, field, and beyond.

To enter you need to:

  • Be a female undergraduate student with an interest in leadership and gender equality.  
  • Be an undergraduate student in any discipline.    
  • Be on track to attain a 2:1.
  • Have the right to work in the EU after graduation.

Complete the application form and answer three questions set out by Deloitte Ireland.

Receive an email inviting you to complete two assessments designed exclusively by our partner SHL.

Your details & online assessments must be submitted and completed by 3 February 2025.

If you are successful in getting through to the next stage, you will hear from us by 21 February 2025.

Assessment centre

The top 10/15 shortlisted candidates will be reviewed by Deloitte.  

The process to determine the award winner may involve a virtual or face-to-face interview.  

This will be confirmed by the sponsor at a later date.

Grand final

The final shortlist of ten students will be invited to the awards ceremony on 9th April 2025, at the Aviva Stadium where the award winners will be announced.
