Join our Summer Leadership Boost Day, which will provide the lucky winner with a fantastic insight into Deloitte, our leadership team, and culture of diversity and inclusion, as well as practical sessions on storytelling, personal brand, voice and presence and more. The day will give the student the opportunity to spend time with senior Deloitte female leaders learning how our organisation operates and about our gender balance ambition.

What makes an award winner?

  1. Visionary Leadership: ideas/aspirations for the advancement of women in leadership roles and who aspire to become influential female leaders in their chosen fields.
  1. Dedication to Gender Equality.
  1. Innovative and Entrepreneurial Thinking: with a desire to make an impact that matters  

To enter you need to:

  • Be a female undergraduate student with an interest in leadership and gender equality.  
  • Be on track to attain a minimum of 2:1.  
  • Have the right to work in the EU after graduation.

Receive an email inviting you to complete three assessments designed exclusively by our partner SHL.

Your details must be submitted and all online assessments completed by 23 February 2024.

If you are successful in getting through to the next stage, you will hear from us by 5 March 2024.

Assessment centre

The top 10 shortlisted candidates will be reviewed by Deloitte.  

The process to determine the award winner may involve a virtual interview.

Grand final

The final shortlist of ten students will be invited to the awards ceremony on 10th April 2024, at the Aviva Stadium where the award winners will be announced.
