Are you the Female Undergraduate of the Year?

We’re searching Irish universities to find an outstanding Female Undergraduate of the Year. We are looking for students who are curious, driven, self-motivated, team-spirited and who love to turn ideas into action. We’re looking for someone who is authentic, shows integrity, respect for others and aspires to be a leader of the future.

Win

The lucky winner will gain a 1-2-1 mentorship opportunity across their last year of university from a Senior Leader within Diageo. Offering valuable insights, development, and networking opportunities with an FMCG industry leader. More to be announced!

To enter you need to:

  • Be a female undergraduate student at a university, institution or college in Ireland
  • Be an undergraduate in your penultimate year of university
  • Be an undergraduate student who is commercially aware and has an aspiration to grow a career as a leader within a FMCG company
  • Have the right to work in Ireland after graduation
  • The award is open to students from all universities and degree disciplines

What makes an award winner?

An award winner will have the same behaviours we look for in our graduates and character is Everything! University and academic course doesn’t matter as we want to get to know the real you, what drives you and what your passionate about. The winner will enjoy challenging themselves, inspire others and be ambitious, always seeking to reach their full potential.

How do I win?

Register your details online and answer three questions set by Diageo.

Must be completed by 30.01.23

Online tests

Receive an email inviting you to sit three online tests designed exclusively by our partner SHL.

Must be completed by 30.01.23

Submit by 30.01.23

Your details must be submitted and all online tests completed by 30.01.23.

If you are successful in getting through to the next stage, you will hear from us by the end of February.

Assessment centre

If you pass the online tests and successfully make it to the next stage your application will be reviewed by Diageo.

This will involve a virtual or face-to-face assessment centre.

Grand final

The final shortlist of ten students will be invited to the awards ceremony on 13 April 2023, where the award winners will be announced!
