Are you the Engineering Undergraduate of the Year?

We're searching Irish colleges and universities to find the Undergraduate of the Year for Engineering. At Jacobs we do things right, we live inclusion, we challenge the accepted and aim higher. We’re looking for undergraduates that exhibit all of these qualities.

Win

You could win a place on our graduate programme for September 2023 if you are in your final year. If you aren’t in final year, you can win an Intern position.

The winner will also be assigned a senior leader as a mentor with weekly face to face meetings and get a brand-new iPad.

To enter you need to:

  • Be in your penultimate or final year at university
  • Be from an engineering background or studying an engineering degree
  • Have the right to work in the European Union after graduation

How do I win?

Register

Register your details online and answer two questions set by Jacobs.

Must be completed by 30.01.23.

Online tests

Receive an email inviting you to sit two online tests designed exclusively by our partner, SHL.

Must be completed by 30.01.23.

Submit by 30.01.23

Your details must be submitted and all online tests completed by 30th January 2023.

If you are successful in getting through to the next stage, you will hear from us by the end of February.

Assessment centre

If you pass the online tests and successfully make it to the next stage your application will be reviewed by Jacobs.

This will involve a virtual or face-to-face assessment centre.

Grand final

The final shortlist of ten students will be invited to the awards ceremony on 13th April 2023, where the award winners will be announced!
